ABOUT THE LEARNING SESSION

In this Prevention in Action webinar, Samantha Rosenthal, PhD, MA, will present the implementation of and findings from the 2020 Rhode Island Young Adult Survey (RIYAS). The RIYAS provides a snapshot of the state of substance use and mental health issues among young adults residing in Rhode Island and can be used to help guide policy and programming. To our knowledge, the RIYAS is the largest behavioral survey to date for young adults residing in RI for at least part of the year, including college students. In this webinar, you will learn how this survey was implemented as well as key findings and results.
